We’re an online cake shop! All your window shopping can be done on my instagram page its open 24 hours a day and on my site once you send me an enquiry I’ll always answer emails swiftly.

I’m always happy to discuss over the phone if you do want to speak.

For celebration cakes 2-4 weeks ideally and for wedding cakes anything over 2 months.

I will respond to your inquiry via e-mail within 48hours and discuss all details and exchange inspiration to create a vision. The more details the better so any inspiration from wedding dress, cards & pin interest board links is all welcome!

Yes! We take pride in creating orders to suit dietary requirements, these are quite often eggless cakes I can also do Vegan and Gluten free. Please reach out to me to find out which flavors are available.

We take allergies very seriously and although I santizise and take the upmost care to minimise risk I cannot guarantee that the products I use are free from any ingredients that may contain trace amounts of food allergies or that there has not been any cross contamination.

Pickup for your order is from Central Newton. I take the highest level of care to ensure that each cake is well-supported and beautifully boxed. Depending on the journey the cake is taking, I may use different types of boxes—please let me know in advance if there are specific requirements.

Please arrive promptly at your scheduled pickup time. When you arrive, kindly text me so I can assist with your collection.

For storage: please store your cake in the fridge, away from direct sunlight, and allow it to come to room temperature before serving.

When transporting your cake, please ensure your car is cool and that you have a non-slip, flat surface ready in either the front footwell or the car boot. Drive carefully and slowly to ensure the cake doesn’t move around during transit. My cakes are delicate, so please always handle them with great care and hold them from the bottom to keep everything intact.

Once the dessert transfers from my hands to yours, the responsibility for its care transfers as well. I cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs after the cake leaves my premises, so please handle the cake carefully during transport.

Cakes:

Please keep cakes in the box and store in the refrigerator, for buttercream best served at room temperature (approx 30-40mins) and fresh cream can be served directly from the refrigerator.

You can store left overs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days OR you can freeze up to 3 months by wrapping in clingfilm and storing in a ziplock bag or airtight container.


Fresh fruit, decorative elements and florals should be removed prior to storage. You can freeze in airtight containers for up to 2 months. Defrost in the refrigerator night before consuming.


Cupcakes:

Wrap the box in cling film if not eaten on the day! You can leave these in a cool room or room temperature, avoid refrigerating cupcakes as they will dry out.

Wrap cupcake boxes in saran wrap and room temperature. Keep out of direct sunlight. Do not store in the refrigerator they will dry out.

FREEZE: Cupcakes:

Flash freeze un-covered then you will be able to wrap each individual cupcakes in cling film and freeze. Alternatively wrap the entire box of cupcakes in cling film and place in the freezer or transfer to an airtight cupcake container and freeze.

No, I prefer the taste and look of buttercream or whipped cream, glaze or ganache. I only use fondant to do decorative elements.

Please store in the refrigerator and for buttercream ALWAYS serve at room temp this can be 30-40 minutes.

REMOVE ALL florals & decorative elements - some fondant decorations maybe secured with skewers so please be mindful these are kept away from children.

No, unless they are specifically ordered as edible florals on placing the order. Sugar flowers are made with gum-paste these can be stored and arranged in to floral decorations for years to come but not advised to eat - they are very brittle and secured with sharp inserts.

Fresh Florals

The stems of fresh flowers used on your cake are wrapped with floral tape to protect the cake from the flowers. It is important that all flowers are completely removed before serving. Please note, the floral tape may sometimes detach from the flowers, so care should be taken when removing the flowers and serving the cake.
